Refund Policy for Coaching Services

​Your purchase of coaching packages or sessions indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion.
However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of ffmarketing.pro.
We ask the Client to be committed and faithful, and we commit to offering grace when needed.

In general these guidelines apply for coaching refunds and cancellations:

ffmarketing.pro follows the Consumer Rights directive  under EU rules.

14 day cooling off period

In the EU you have the right to return purchases made online or through other types of distance selling, such as by phone, mail order or from a door-to-door salesperson, within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind.

The cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. For service contracts, the cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you concluded the contract. If the cooling off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day.

Cooling off. The Client may cancel any Coaching Plan purchased from us within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of making payment of the fees and request a refund. To cancel an order, send your request to contact@ffmarketing.pro.

Right of Revocation and Refunding for Clients (Coaching Services).

In the event that a Client completes Coaching Package Services with ffmarketing.pro, the Client shall have the following right of revocation:

  1. The revocation period is 14 (fourteen) days from the day the Package was paid.
  2. The Client has the right to terminate the Coaching Service during this period without stating the reasons.
  3. In order to exercise the right of revocation, the Client must communicate their revocation of the Services within the revocation period by means of a clear declaration. The Client can do this by sending an e-mail to contact@ffmarketing.pro. If the Client makes use of this option, ffmarketing.pro will send the Client a confirmation of receipt of such revocation within 24 hours.
  4. Consequences of revocation: If the Client revokes the Coaching Package, all payments made for the purchase will be repaid to the Client within fourteen days of the day on which the notification of revocation of the Services was received. For this repayment, the same means of payment shall be used as the one used for the original purchase of credit.
  5. After expiry of the fourteen day revocation period from the day the Coaching Services started, the Client can no longer terminate the Services and cannot reclaim the amount paid for the Coaching Services. The right to an extraordinary revocation of the Coaching Package remains unaffected. In the event of such extraordinary revocation, the Client may reclaim the amount paid for the acquisition of (unused) Services.
